Tonia Langella was born in 1987 in Naples, she studied singing with S. Gaggiotti at Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella in her home town. She attended masterclass with Adi Bar and Bruno Praticò.
She also has a master degree, she graduated in Chinese and English Literature from University of Naples L'Orientale.
In 2014 she debuted Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia with the Ostia Chamber Orchestra, the Mass in D major Op.86 by Dvorak con Lviv Philharmonic Orchestra and the Oratorio de Noel Op.12 by Saint-Saens with Harmonia Nobile in Ukraine.
In 2012 and 2013 she took part to several young productions in Naples debuting La cenerentola (Angelina) and Le nozze di Figaro (Cherubino).
In 2016: Suor Angelica (Suora cercatrice) - Opera of Florence; La cenerentola (cover) - Teatro Massimo in Palermo; Zenobia in Palmira (Arsace) and Madama Butterfly (Kate Pinkerton) - Teatro San Carlo in Naples.
Among the titles of her repertoire: Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rosina), La cenerentola (Angelina), La donna del lago (Malcom), Le nozze di Figaro (Cherubino), La clemenza di Tito (Sesto), Così fan tutte (Dorabella), I Capuleti e i Montecchi (Romeo), Cavalleria rusticana (Lola), Les contes d'Hoffmann (Nicklaus), Rigoletto (Maddalena).
