Distinguished in several performance arts, Patrick Rocca has been in several Bernard Tavernier films and in television series. He has played Albin in La cage aux folles at the Théâtre Mogador, performed in several boulevard theatre plays with Isabelle Adjani and worked with Jérôme Savary on Mère Courage and Irma la douce. First and foremost an opera singer, he has performed roles in Die Fledermaus, Orphée aux Enfers and La Grande-duchesse de Gérolstein. He has given concerts with Katia Ricciarelli in Ein deutsches Requiem by Brahms and in Manon, directed by Colin Davis at Covent Garden. In 2015, he played the Baron in La vie parisienne in Metz and ended the year as Calchas in La belle Hélène and filming the new American series The Black Baron alongside Michael Shannon. He kicked off 2016 with the film Motion Capture.
