Le contre-ténor , Fabrice di Falco, Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur est né en Martinique à Fort de France est premier Prix du Conservatoire National de Région de Boulogne-Billancourt. Depuis 1999 il est invité dans des Productions d'Opéras Baroques et d'Opéras Contemporains en France ( Théâtre des Champs Elysées, Opéra de Massy, Opéra de Lyon, Opéra du Rhin, Opéra de Nice, Opéra de Lille ... ) ainsi qu' à l'étranger ( Teatro colon de Buenos Aires, Teatro Real de Madrid, Romania à Bucarest, Opéra de Nuremberg Suntory Hall au Japon ) . Di Falco se produit en récital soliste également dans des Festivals Internationaux comme en Allemagne, Russie, Suède, Italie, Argentine, Afrique, Roumanie, Azerbaidjan, Japon, aux Bermudes...etc.

Son timbre particulier lui permet de chanter pour Sa Majesté la Reine du Danemark au Palais de Fredensborg et depuis 2005 pour Sa Majesté le Sultan Qaboos bin Saïd avec l'Orchestre omanais dans un programme autour des Castrats .

Les critiques musicaux saluent l'artiste pour la qualité de son timbre pur et l'éclectisme de ses programmes musicaux, du baroque au jazz, en passant par des Œuvres contemporaines jusqu'à la comédie musicale. Au Forum d'Avignon 2012, il rend Hommage au poète Aimé Césaire devant notamment Barbara Hendricks dans la salle du Conclave avec un duo Slam / Opera. Cette idée de mélanger le Slam à L'Opéra connait un immense succès notamment à la Chapelle du Verbe Incarné lors du Festival en Avignon invité par Greg Germain en Juillet 2013.

Octobre 2013 est le début d'une histoire avec le Théâtre du Gymnase à Paris avec son spectacle " One Vocal Show " ou il rend hommage de Farinelli au Roi de la Pop " avec le di Falco quartet que l'on a retrouvé une fois par mois dans ce beau théâtre Parisien et qui reviendra en Septembre 2016 . Le premier disque du di Falco Quartet est salué par la critique pour l'originalité d'y avoir associé une voix rappelant celle des castrats avec un trio de Jazz. Le second disque est prévu pour Octobre 2016 avec notamment le Stabat Mater de Vivaldi en verson Jazz.

Fabrice di Falco continue par sa voix à être l'ambassadeur de la Musique Métissée à travers les Opéras , les Concerts, les Galas Caritatifs et les Masterclasses qu'il donne aux élèves curieux des voix d'hommes aigues dans tous les styles musicaux. Amoureux du métissage musical et vocal, le contreténor Martiniquais soutient depuis trois ans le Festival Musiciennes en Guadeloupe, en Martinique et en Guyane en formant des duos avec des chanteuses de la Caraibe et la pianiste Lydia Jardon.

En 2015 Fabrice di Falco à remporté un succès auprès de la critique internationale pour son interprétation du rôle de Fak dans l'opéra " Quai Ouest " de Régis Campo à l'Opéra du Rhin ( en français) et Opéra de Nuremberg ( en allemand ). On retrouvera en 2016 le contre-ténor dans le rôle titre du Roi Obéron dans " A midsummer night's dream " de Britten à l'Opéra de Metz dans une mise en scène de Paul-Emile Fourny ainsi que dans une version au Moulin Jaune mis en scène par le clown Slava Polounine et en version concert avec orchestre à Dubai et Oman en Décembre 2016 .

Born on the island of Martinique, the French counter-tenor Fabrice di Falco studied voice at the Conservatory of Paris with Liliane Mazeron and Rachel Yakar. He then received valuable artistic input in a master class with the renowned baroque specialist Gérard Lesne.

During that same period, he started into his professional career, singing the roles of Cupido in Haendel's "Semele", Sextus in "Giulio Cesare" and Nero in "The Coronation of Poppea" by Monteverdi, under the baton of Patrick Bismuth, Alfred Herzog and Laure Morabito.

Very soon, Jean-Claude Malgoire invited Fabrice to join the Atélier Lyrique de Tourcoing to sing the role of Narciso in Haendel's "Agrippina", at the sides of Véronique Gens, and Philippe Jaroussky at the Théatre des Champs Elysées, in Tourcoin, Rennes and Wiesbaden.

Fabrice di Falco also focusses on contemporary music: Peter Ruzicka invited him to sing one of the main characters, the androgyne Magician, in the world premiere of Gerhard Winkler's opera "Heptameron" in the framework of the Munich Biennale and the ZKM Karlsruhe. He regularly sings in world premieres of the most important French composers, for example the role of Fougère in “Les Quatres Jumelles” by Régis Campo in Paris, Diouf in "Les Nègres" by Michael Levinas at the Opéra de Lyon and the Opera of Geneva, the main role in Florence Baschets opera “Piranhas” in Annecy, Grenoble and Paris, as well as in 2011, “The Metamorphosis” by Levinas at the Opera of Lille.
Fabrice di Falco studies the role of Adschib in Henze's "Upupa" as a cover for Axel Köhler at the Teatro Real in Madrid which he then sings at the Opera de Lyon, as well as at the Suntory Hall in Tokyo with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra.

He made his debut in the role of Oberon in Britten's "A Midsummernight's Dream" at the Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and also sang it in Nice (France).

Fabrice di Falco has worked with conductors and directors such as Jean-Claude Malgoire, Russel Keable, Grant Llewellyn, Bernard Kontarsky, Mark Foster, Stanislas Nordey, Frédéric Fisbach, Jean-François Vinciguerra und Paul-Emile Fourny.

He made himself well known also as a concert singer with castrato arias and other baroque works in many international festivals in Europe and abroad. His love for jazz made him accept the invitation by the african saxophone player Manu Dibangu who asked him to do the first part of his concert at the famous Paris „Olympia“. Fabrice offered a programme from baroque to jazz musique. Since then he often sing baroque arias in jazz arrangements with the Di Falco Quartett founded by him.

There are numerous CD-recordings featuring Fabrice di Falco among others „Ombra mai fu“ with JVC with arrangements by Mike Gibbs, the album „Glassharmonica“ with Naxos, „Agrippina“ by Händel with Dynamic (also a DVD), „L‘Hepta¬méron“ by Winkler with Col Legno and „Les Nègres“ by Michaël Levinas with Eon Music. In 2013 the CD „Hommage de Farinelli au Roi du Pop“ was released in 2013, where the counter-tenor shows all his aspects from the opera to pop music.

In 2014 Fabrice di Falco had huge success in the world premiere of Régis Campo’s opera „Quai Ouest“ at the Opéra du Rhin in Strasbourg and Mulhouse. In 2015 he will sing the same part in the German first performance of the oeuvre at the Nuremberg State Theatre and will also be cast in the premiere of a new opera by Michael Levinas.

In 2016 he will sing in the production at Metz Oper , the king Oberon , Midsummer night's dream with David T-Heusel and also in a new production in Oman and Dubai at the end of the year.
