Antonio Corianò began his vocal studies at the Centro Universale del Bel Canto in Parma , followed by a Corso di Perfezionamento at the Accademia filarmonica in Bologna. He currently studies with Raul Gimenez.
He made his debut in 2010 as Alfredo in LA TRAVIATA at the Teatro Comunale in Budrio. In 2011 he sang Malcolm in MACBETH at the Teatro dell’Opera , Rome, conducted by Riccardo Muti, followed by performances at la Scala conducted by Valery Gerghiev and at the Teatro Comunale Florence conducted by James Conlon.
In 2013 Antonio Corianò sang Otto Romanze da Camera by Verdi in variations by Luciano Berio , condicted by Daniele Rustioni in Florence. During the same season he made his debut at the Teatro Regio, Parma singing roles in I MASNADIERIand SIMON BOCCANEGRA
During 2014 he sang the role of Don Jose in CARMEN in concert version in Florence with the Orchestra della Toscana. This was followed in 2015 by his debut as Cavaradossi in TOSCA in Cairo and Pinkerton in MADAM BUTTERFLY at the Teatro Petruzzelli, Bari
In the 2015/16 season he made his debut as Ismaele in NABUCCO in Bari and at the Terme di Caracalla, Rome. He returned to Cairo for his debut as Riccardo in UN BALLO IN MASCHERA and ended 2016 by singing Verdi’s Inno delle Nazioni in Piacenza.
This season he makes his debut at the Sarasota Opera as Pinkerton in MADAM BUTTERFLY and returns to Rome for further performances of NABUCCO
